Halloween is here again.
Busy at work right now. Meetings, meetings. It's a dirty old job but someone's gotta do it, right? It may as well be me.
Right now I'm all about the skinny jeans. It's taken a while but I've arrived here in my own sweet time.
Notice, dear readers, how I've skilfully avoided any mention of the football today? Until now. Bah...there's always next year.
I can wait. As long as it takes. But please don't let it be too long.

No matter how it ends

Make me think that at the end of the day
So many TV series, so little time. Madness. Maybe I should do something else one evening in the week?
Naaaaahhhh...
Tonight it's Peep Show S06E05. Maybe followed by Sons Of Anarchy S01E04.
Stoke at home this weekend.
Winter is coming. I'll be needing my mittens.
I've bought a new pair of specs. They'll be with me sometime next week, all being well. Najs. They're brown this time. We likes brown.
Meanwhile my online-shopping problem continues unabated...

The sound of waves in a pool of water
Third in the League after a hard-fought away win at Pompey. Not helped by Jefoe rising to the crowd's baiting (and being kicked incessantly) by stamping and getting a straight red card, admittedly. By then he'd already netted Spurs' second, though, and we held on for a precious away win (another). What a tremendous start to the season still.
It's been a while.
This week I have mostly been shopping online and eating chips. It's what I do. Sour cream and chilli. Fredagsmix. With dip. Unstoppable.
The weekend has been lovely weather-wise...starting off cold, but then brightening up and being clear and sunny. Today, I brought up the steps from the lake. I'm guessing I won't be bathing any more this year, heh heh.

Every little piece of your life will add up to one

The new Editors album? A bit like a shit China Crisis album (replete with tribute cover art)?
Or is it a grower?
The jury's still out.
This week at work I'm apparently first line of support. A job I take very seriously indeed. I'm a serious boy.
Note to self: lighten up. You don't have a choice. Deal with it.
