You feel the sweet breath of time - it's whispering, its truth not mine...

...there's no "I"... in threesome ...

And behold! There was sunshine.
It's been bright outside ever since I woke up today. A glowing, yellow ball in the sky. Took me a while to figure out what it was.
I'm trying to control the urge to rip off all my clothes and run around outside singing and dancing ;O)
I should probably make do with a little walk after lunch instead, ha ha.

Bran Van 3000's - "Astounded (featuring Curtis Mayfield)" is what this weather sounds like in my head.
Woohoo!

The sun shines high above...

...the sounds of laughter...

I remember when I last saw some sunlight.
It was in France.

Endless rain...

...endless rain...

Imagine my amazement when - upon awakening this Saturday morn - I was greeted by the most extraordinary sight and sound of torrential rain, hammering against the roof and windows of my abode. I had begun to wonder if I would ever see the rain again. Furthermore the temperature was six degrees above zero. Inconceivable.

I sometimes wonder if the whole of the earth will disappear beneath the lakes here. Where does it all come from? How can it rain. Monsoon-like. Every. Single. Day.
?

Fourth round of the FA Cup today. A walk in the park against Man Utd tomorrow afternoon. Nothing less than a victory for the mighty Spurs is expected. *ahem*

My preparations for the Beach'08 are ongoing. Not sure if anything is happening to my pale, wintry body yet, but I'm trying at least. If only I could see the sun once every week or so, it would give me an enormous sense of well-being. I've had the Pathfinder for a year now. The day we picked it up, there was a snowstorm. Which was great fun. Infinitely more enjoyable than these dreary damp doldrum days.
I'm a poet and I don't know it...

You don't have to deny your urge...

...it doesn't make you bad...

January is almost over.
One lousy day of snow and the rest of the month the usual dreary raintime. The mighty tottenham rocketed 5 (count 'em) goals past the gooners in the league cup (or whatever it's called these days) semi. Wembley beckons. The season might just be alright after all. I need some sun. Soon i shall get some.
The Ledge died this week. Weird. I kind of liked him too. Wonder what really happened? Time will tell i guess.

There are brighter things in life and i should know because I've seen them...

...but not very often...

Today...the sun is shining!
Makes me wanna move my dancing feet. Unbelievably, it's quite nice out now after seemingly months of incessant dreary rain and dark skies. I'm not quite sure what to do with myself. I'd better go outside just to check it's real.
Spurs were a little unlucky yesterday. 2-0 flattered Chelsea, especially considering Tottenham's second-half display. Ah well, same old, same old.
The Simpsons game on the XBox 360 is giving me immense pleasure right now.
Sadly, I'm still rubbish at Sensi, though. Bah. Can't even score from corners with a header any more. what's all that about?
Note to self: must practice more, ha ha...
